Terms & Conditions
Dispatch Policy
We aim to dispatch goods on the same or next working day to ensure you have them as soon as possible. We dispatch goods Monday to Friday & use services from Royal Mail & TNT couriers. You will normally receive your item(s) within 2-5 working days. If you do require goods by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering - we will do all we can to ensure your products arive on time.
Our delivery charges are calculated by weight in your Shopping Cart, Prices start from as little as £1 for light items. Goods to the value of £50 or more are delivered free of charge Standard Delivery (UK Only). Should you wish for a faster service you may want to opt for our 'Next Day' service in the Shopping Cart. Next Day delivery is only available on orders placed before 2pm, Orders after this time will be proccessed the following day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. – On Fridays 'Next Day' means Monday. We also ship to Europe by Airmail and can be chosen in the Shopping Cart, Delivery to Europe can take upto 5-10 working days.
Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Next Day delivery is only available on orders placed before 2pm, orders after this time will be proccessed the following day. Only certain items are available for next day delivery and these will be communicated in your confirmation email.
Returns Instructions
If you purchase something from us, it arrives and you just don't like it (or if the gift recipient didn't like it) - you can return it and we'll cheerfully refund your money providing the item is in its original condition. We will deduct 25% from the purchase price if items are returned and have been used. (Faulty items do not have to be returned in original condition - see below.)
You can cancel or return your order within 14 days without reason. We will refund your money, less any giftwrapping or additional shipping charges which you requested. You are required to return the goods and have a responsibility to take care of those goods whilst in your control. Unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error you will bear any costs in returning the goods. You will be responsible for any carriage or legal costs we incur in retrieving the item(s) should you not return them.
Make sure you pack things well and send the parcel by some method where you will get a signature on delivery.
It's Broken!
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item in error, we will of course replace it and refund you the cost of the return postage. You must notify us of any damage or error within 7 days of receipt. If you do not want the item replaced, make sure you mention this in your return e-mail and you will be refunded in full upon return of the item to us.
To return an item - follow these 5 simple steps and we can make sure you get your refund or credit note as soon as possible.
1) E-mail: info@gogo-gadgets.co.ok telling us what you want to return. Include your name, order reference number and e-mail address. List the item code and price and the reason for return.
2) Within 24 hours, a returns number will be e-mailed back to you for use on the return address. This number is valid for 7 days from issue. After that time, a new returns number will need to be requested.
3) Pack up the item well and include a copy of the delivery note that you received with the parcel and our returns e-mail in with the item.
4) Address the package to:

Make sure you put your name and address on the back of the parcel.
5) Take the item to the post office and get a proof of posting receipt or ask to send the parcel by recorded delivery. Keep your receipt or barcode in a safe place.
Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Following the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act of Dec 03, We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
No Cookies Required
If customers visit our online shop and they do not have Cookies enabled GoGo-Gadgets will automatically change the way the shopping cart works and therefore allows our customers to use our online store. This ensures that all of our customers will have no problems purchasing from our online store.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery and Orders
We are currently only able to accept orders from within the UK and Europe. Unfortunatly we are unable to proccess any orders from PO Box and BFPO addresses.
