Who are we?
Our mission when we started GoGo-Gadgets is still unchanged today; to help our customers make the right choices when it comes to buying Gadgets and unusual gifts, backed by a company that wants to treat people like we want to be treated.
The idea for GoGo-Gadgets was born in Oct 2004 when we were partaking in one of England’s finer past times, (a Football match and several pints of Lager).
At GoGo-Gadgets we’re on a mission to eradicate the things we hate about some high street companies, like those extended warranties they frighten you into buying, (the ones that cost half the price of the product you’re buying and you never, ever use) and the ridiculously high prices they charge for the necessary accessories like batteries. Our aim is great stuff at fair prices.
Due to the phenomenal success at GoGo-Gadgets we have further expanded our operation to open another online based company called www.GoGo-Gifts.co.uk Our mission at GoGo-Gifts is to make gift giving & receiving easy, fun & convenient. Through a prestige, quality assortment of products and our easy to use Web site we offer a shopping experience that’s exciting, modern & secure.
Secure Payment!
Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information using the highest industry standard, 128 Bit SSL Encryption. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
We currently accept online payments through SecureTrading, Bank Transfer and Cheque. These payment processing methods do not require you to have an account with them to recieve the benefits they offer.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods on the same or next working day to ensure you have them as soon as possible. We dispatch goods Monday to Friday & use services from Royal Mail & TNT couriers. You will normally receive your item(s) within 2-5 working days. If you do require goods by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering - we will do all we can to ensure your products arive on time.
Our delivery charges are calculated by weight in your Shopping Cart, Prices start from as little as £1 for light items. Goods to the value of £60 or more are delivered free of charge Standard Delivery (UK Orders Only). Should you wish for a faster service you may want to opt for our 'Next Day' service in the Shopping Cart. Next Day delivery is only available on orders placed before 2pm, Orders after this time will be proccessed the following day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. – On Fridays 'Next Day' means Monday. We also ship to Europe by Airmail and can be chosen in the Shopping Cart, Delivery to Europe can take upto 5-10 working days.
Returns Instructions
If you purchase something from us, it arrives and you just don't like it (or if the gift recipient didn't like it) -you can return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. We will deduct 25% from the purchase price if items are returned and have been used. (Faulty items do not have to be returned in original condition - see below.)
You can cancel or return your order within 14 days without reason. We will refund your money, less any giftwrapping or additional shipping charges which you requested. You are required to return the goods and have a responsibility to take care of those goods whilst in your control. Unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error you will bear any costs in returning the goods. You will be responsible for any carriage or legal costs we incur in retrieving the item(s) should you not return them.
Make sure you pack things well and send the parcel by some method where you will get a signature on delivery.
It's Broken!
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item in error, we will of course replace it and refund you the cost of the return postage. You must notify us of any damage or error within 7 days of receipt. If you do not want the item replaced, make sure you mention this in your return e-mail and you will be refunded in full upon return of the item to us.
To return an item - follow these 5 simple steps and we can make sure you get your refund or credit note as soon as possible.
1) E-mail: sales@gogo-gadgets.co.uk telling us what you want to return. Include your name, order reference number and e-mail address. List the item code and price and the reason for return.
2) Within 24 hours, a returns number will be e-mailed back to you for use on the return address. This number is valid for 7 days from issue. After that time, a new returns number will need to be requested.
3) Pack up the item well and include a copy of the delivery note that you received with the parcel and our returns e-mail in with the item.

Make sure you put your name and address on the back of the parcel.
5) Take the item to the post office and get a proof of posting receipt or ask to send the parcel by recorded delivery. Keep your receipt or barcode in a safe place.
