How secure are my card details?
GoGo-Gadgets is a secure shopping site. We realise how important security is regarding the credit card information you send us over the Internet and we work with SecureTrading the UKs’ leading independent internet payment service provider, and we support both independent and government based shopping schemes.

How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as we have received your order. You will then receive a second email once your order has been dispatched.

Why has my card declined?
Your credit card may be declined for lots of reasons. Some reasons for a card being declined are wrong card number, wrong expiry date, daily transaction limits, insufficient funds, or random security checks by the credit card issuer. If your card has been declined for payment we will inform you and recommend you contact the bank directly to correct the problem. For privacy reasons, the card issuer never tells us the reasons for card decline.

What should I do if my card has been declined?
If your card is declined you could try another card, or contact your card provider to see if there are any reasons why this has happened. We also accept other methods of payment, please see above for these payment methods.

Do I have to sign for my order when it’s delivered?
Not all orders require a signature on delivery, but someone will have to be at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If a signature is required we will say so in the order confirmation email.

Are you open on Bank holidays?
No. We are closed for public holidays, Christmas day and Boxing day, New years day.

How long does a refund take?
It takes us between 3-5 working days for us to process and re-send you a replacement or to issue a refund to the original purchasers’ card.

How do I make a complaint?
If you would like to make a complaint about any of our services please feel free to email us at We aim to review your complaint and give you a reply within 3 working days.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. We deliver to most European destinations by Airmail, please check our list of countries at the checkout.

Are receipts sent with orders?
Yes. Receipts are sent with all orders, they contain details of the order, the delivery method and our contact details should you need to return something to us. No card or payment details are kept by us, and therefore are not printed on any receipts.

What does 'Next Day Delivery' mean? Do I get my parcel next day?
Next Day delivery service provided by our courier Citylink & Royal Mail. Currently 90% of these orders do arrive the next working day, but on the odd occasion, it can take an extra day. If you would like your order to arrive on the next working day, then please use our Premium Delivery Service where delivery next day is guaranteed, or your money back.

I haven't receive my order - what happens next?
If you have not received your order please contact Customer Support on 0845 2990291 and we will investigate immediately. Please allow 5 working days from order date before contacting us.

I've found an item cheaper on another site - do you price match?
